Samantha was born and raised in New York, then left for Rhode Island where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Providence College in 2010. She ran middle distance for the PC track team, competing on the 4 x 800 and individual 800, 1000. She returned to her home state to complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree at New York Medical College in 2015. She moved across the country to Seattle to begin her career. She worked in a sports and orthopedic outpatient setting and completed advanced training in manual physical therapy, finishing a residency and fellowship through The Ola Grimsby Institute. She continued northwest to Alaska where she treated patients in North Pole for the past year and ran her first marathon through the trails in Fairbanks. She is thrilled to return to her roots on the east coast and put her skills to work helping patients prevent and/or overcome injury.
