Rachel Lee is a licensed physical therapist and has been practicing since 2018. She earned her
Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Delaware in 2014, and her
Doctorate of Physical Therapy from American International College in 2018.
Rachel ran cross-country and track-and-field in high school and college, focusing on the 3000m
and 5000m distances. She completed her NCAA eligibility in her first year at AIC, and
continued with the program as an assistant coach for distance events during her remaining two
years of graduate school. She became interested in physical therapy due to her own injuries as an
athlete, and has a particular interest in the rehabilitation of running-related injuries.
A native of South Hadley, Massachusetts, Rachel now resides in Providence. She continues to
train for track and road races and is an avid fan of collegiate and professional running. In her
spare time she enjoys kayaking, cooking, exploring new areas, and spending time with friends
As a physical therapist, she looks forward to expanding her knowledge through continuing
education courses. She seeks to help athletes obtain optimal health and performance, and
promote a healthy and active lifestyle for all.
