Lauri Friedman, MSPT, CAS graduated from University of Pennsylvania in 1996 with a Bachelors in Biological Basis of Behavior. Lauri earned her Master’s Degree from Touro College in New York in 1999 and completed her Certificate of Advanced Studies in Orthopedics at MGH Institute of Health Professions in 2004. She has trained with Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and is certified in Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA).
Lauri is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, the Sports and Orthopedics Special Interest Group and the Women’s Health Special Interest Group. She is also a member of the Rhode Island Women’s and Men’s Health Physical Therapy Special Interest Group.
Friedman has 15 years of experience as a Physical Therapist. Her areas of clinical interest are the female athlete, pelvic pain, incontinence, musculoskeletal issues related to pregnancy, running, posture and movement pattern dysfunction.
